Rules that protect Clyvel, its customers and connected providers from misuse.

Permitted use

Use Clyvel only for lawful business, development and operational purposes and in accordance with the rights and policies that apply to your data, users and connected AI providers.

Prohibited activity

  • Unauthorized access, credential theft, tenant isolation bypass, privilege escalation or exploitation of another user's systems or data.
  • Malware distribution, botnet activity, phishing, credential stuffing, destructive payloads or deliberate service disruption.
  • Use that violates sanctions, export restrictions, intellectual-property rights, privacy law or other applicable law.
  • Circumventing usage, billing, rate-limit, safety or security controls.
  • Automated scanning or testing that materially degrades the service or targets infrastructure without written authorization.
  • Using Clyvel to intentionally facilitate fraud, harassment, exploitation or other unlawful harm.

Enforcement

Clyvel may investigate suspected misuse and may throttle, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers or third parties. Where appropriate and legally permitted, Clyvel will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
